Hey there, yesterday I took out several rewards of the worthy out of my mail, spread over the whole day. It happened twice, that I didn't have the reward box in my inventory, but I thought ; oh well, maybe I actually took it already and just forgot to deleted the mail.
Tho today the first thing I did, was taking out my last mail, wich was a reward of the worthy, I need crystals q: And to my surprise, I can not find the box in my inventory and my mail is empty. I reload UI, bcs I thought, might be a visual bug, but that didn't help either...
Did anyone have the same experience/issue?? (just wanna make sure before I report anything)

    Not that, but yesterday (and after a 24h cooldown or so), I finally obtained a Rewards box after 30k AP's (way more than normal under those conditions if you ask me, but oh well, could be just me), only to find that it hadn't the customary golden geode at all.

    That was the final nail in the coffin on PvP for me.

    are you on pc? are you running any addons that open containers automatically for you?

    Not concrete but I swear this happened to me too. I was saving containers to open en masse yet there were none to open!?

    Cyro is giving double AP for the cooldown test, but until today it wasn’t counting as double towards your rank or leaderboards. If that’s where you were earning your AP, that may explain why you didn’t get your Rewards for the Worthy when you expected them. They’re hotfixing that particular issue now.

    I can confirm that today I played 3 BGs, got ~35K AP overall but I haven't received any RFTW mails. That's really odd.

    but thats not the point... i did get the mails, but when i took out the mail, i didnt get the rewardbox

    Well, double AP from the AoE testings.. that did not even count towards Alliance Rank (also not count to leaderboards, and thus not giving Worthy boxes when should after every 20k AP apparently too). Hmm.. maybe when they hotfixed it and that then did bug Reward boxes somehow, even those at mail already.

    ZOS'd.

    It's more than likely you retrieved the reward box from that mail at a prior time, @Yoku ... but didn't delete the mail.

    I do it frequently (by mistake) when retrieving hireling mail rewards.
