Does Elf Bane increase Embershield duration?

I play on ps4 and don't have and can't really buy Elf Bane to test bc I'm to poor.

Elf Bane
(2 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka
(3 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) Increases the duration of your Flame Damage abilities by 5 seconds.

Embershield
(2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(4 items) Adds 1487 Armor
(5 items) When you deal damage with a fully-charged Heavy Attack, increase your Resistance by 3300 and deal 860 Flame Damage to all enemies within 5 meters every 1 second for 6 seconds

i mean it would make sense if it did since it is flame damage.

It should. It does on Grothdarr and Zaan

Its a great set with a Mag DK. Dump all your DOTs on the back back and just wail on the front bar. As long as they don't nerf the primary skills of the Mag DK, you should be good to go.

No it doesn't work on Zaan anymore. No beams or channels.
