Does Necropotence restore magica?

Imagine you are playing a warden and use Necropotence. You don't have a summon 24/7. Imagine you have 30000/30000 Magica without the last bonus from the set.
When you use Bull Netch, will you go to ~33000/33000 or will you go to 30000/33000?

The later. Same thing with barswap. Else you could sustain by running 2 different ressource bars and just swapping.
class representative for the working class, non-cp, bwb and Trolling

In that case, is Necropotence truly better than Crafty Alfiq (for this specific example I gave earlier)?

Yes, if you don't have a pet up all the time, you're already playing wrong. (The pet is the netch btw, not bear)

Necropotence is the best max magicka set in the game. The only class that cant use it probably only templar and dk. The other class all have some kind of combat pet. So unless you play these 2 necropotence is better than crafty alfiq.

So in that case, does the "shadow form" for NB count as a "pet"?
For that matter, does any "ally" someone can summon count towards a pet (such as daedroth, or the mad tinkerer helm)

Does not the bear proc Necropotence? Not saying you should use bear or not.

I found that pretty much all sort of combat pets proc it including weird stuff like the temporary wasp follower you can get from fighting them and the mudcrabs thrown by river trolls if you dodge them :)
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Fairly certain it does, I'll try to give a test later. But usually if you're running Necropotence (Mag) you're not using the bear.

Agree, don't have an magic necro so don't know but does not sound right.
Also pretty sure all sort of proc pets will proc necro as long as they are followers and not just an effect.

Still proper use is constant pets like sorc or the netch who is easy to have up.
Necro could probably use it too.

Yes and yes. Haven't tested Tinkerer, but I guess it should proc. Shade and Maw do. Also the orb from sorc's Ball of Lightning. xD

Yes, that is nb’s “pet”. It proc necropotence that’s why sometime this set used in pvp by magnb.
As for proc set pet i’ve never tested it. Could be cool in templar with engine guardian.
