Why am I being kicked right after logging in?

I tried to log in on a character in the sewers to get my daily ticket and got kicked instantly 3 times for "spamming" despite not even having time to press a button https://ibb.co/xGztJDh, and when I finally managed to log in normally and go up to the arena district, I got Error 307 - Booted from server https://ibb.co/wNG2q35 and then I get kicked for "spamming" again. What is going on?
