VMA portal bug

Hi I cannot enter veteran maelstrom arena inner portal to do the content it simply goes to load screen and than puts me back in the starting area, this is occurring on the character I use to clear it so I basically cannot do runs =[ I had completed one and I guess I forgot to complete the quest? or something anyway it says I am on sehts balcony even though I cleared but cannot proceed past the port.

This happened to me after I completed the arena but left before turning in the quest.

I submitted a bug report at the time (this was over a year ago), but when I submitted a ticket to get help Support wouldn’t or couldn’t do anything besides telling me to redo the quest.

I ended up dumping it - I’d gotten the weapon, so all I lost was some xp and a few gold.

Shame they haven’t bothered to fix this, though.

Thank you I didn't know that I could drop the quest, I just really want to be able to do runs at all hopefully it works now
