AFAIK Redshell was removed from ESO a few years ago according to @ZOS_MattFiror.Learn how to block Redshell which is the spyware program ESO uses. It's in the .dll files.
A profile image? Oh thanks I can live without a profile image anyway you CANNOT set up a custom profile image neither ingame or here on Forums.

@Nebthet78, not that I don't think Zenimax isn't tracking all of us in one way or another BUT can you prove new evidence showing Redshell is currently integrated or even a new type of tracker/analytics library in ESO? If not I wouldn't suggest claiming outdated information as current which would greatly help to keep rumors from spreading.

I don't believe a damn thing this company tells me. They may have removed Redshell, but what other program did they replace it with? Or, with the new agreement, will it be making a come back?

If you don't trust anything the company says and believe they're using their products (and presumably website/s) to spy on you why would you keep playing their games or visting their websites?
Seriously, if I thought a company was doing that I'd stay as far away from them as I could, especially if all I got in return was something as trivial as a computer game.

I suppose it depends on how concerned you are about what you put out there on the internet (and on your home computer).

This one is probably the most appropriate for the current situation, as most of us will quickly end up at Acceptance of the privacy policy changes.
Please note: this is not intended to encourage, endorse, dismiss or insult any of the above behavior, only to register my amusement at the predictability of our ESO forums.
