Permanent load screens. Logging on/off XBOX NA

I am having issues getting stuck in a load screen logging on/off the game and logging in/out of characters. Xbox NA. I'm sure this is known issue. Are you going to fix this? Thank you in advance ZOS for your reply.

ZOS_BilladminDeleting your local save data can help with getting your character to load in.
To delete save data on the Xbox One- From the Xbox Home Menu, navigate to My games & apps.
- Go to Games.
- Highlight The Elder Scrolls Online tile and press the [Menu] button of the controller.
- Select Manage Game. Highlight and select Save Data for the desired user.
- Select Delete.

aaron_campion✭✭✭Ive been having this issue aswell. When i click play on main menu i get a endless load screen this also occurs when clicking a character aswell. Have to close app and try again0
