Ravager + Camouflage Hunter Bug

On PS4 NA in Imperial City, Cyrodiil, and Overland pve. Have yet to test it elsewhere
Using the skill camouflage hunter (actually pressing the skill, not just having it slotted) will make ravager stacks start to accumulate, despite ravager requiring a target to become fractured to gain a stack. I have yet to test it with the other morph of the skill
