Maybe I'm missing it, but is there an option to change the red glowing outline in enemies, like we can do with aoe circles? Or is there maybe an addon that brightens them? Laugh if you want, it sounds silly, probably old(er) age coming closer, but I'm finding it difficult to make out enemies in dungeons when aoes are going off all around. The red dot on the compass isn't really enough. I've used the nameplate option before, but it's just messy.
There is a setting for glow intensity in settings alongside turning the glow on and off. I personally turn it off except for lootable targets since I'm so used to Morrowind, Oblivon, and Skyrim.

Here's a picture of the settings.
Thanks, I see those settings but mine are already at max. I'll likely have to stick with the nameplates or healthbars, not sure how much that will contribute to lag though.
If you mean the outline glow, not the red circles under enemies and friends, the setting can be found in Settings -> Nameplates - Indicators -> Target Glow & Interactables Glow. I lost this yesterday on one character during getting stuck and unstuck (I didn't change anything myself) and spent a good couple of hours trying to figure out where the setting for this is.
