I can't seem to find a alchemy combo for this. I don't want to use 2h and my class doesn't get Major Brutality buff.

Nope. A recipe that combines Major Brutality with Health and Stamina does not exist, unfortunately. Although there is a recipe that gives Major Savagery with Health and Stamina. Can't tell why there isn't a brutality equivalent.

I’m sure you have a healing skill you can slot.0
