Dragon Leap not working?

I'm in Imperial City and rarely if ever does the dragonleap light up and allow me to use it. Not on mobs or players. Ive died, came in and out and it doesnt fix. Shouldnt really have to do any of that its an ult.

Anyone else experiencing this?

That's a known bug that is planned to be fixed with the incremental patch coming after the one this week.
Sometimes the bug fixes itself by changing your instance, the district or going into the sewers.

BTW: ALL gap-closer skills (class AND weapon abilities) are currently broken (non-functional) in IC and Battlegrounds. It has been acknowledged by ZoS but they won't be able to fix it before the September 22 patch (PC/Mac). I don't know if this issue affects Consoles too, but they might be patched even later if they are affected.

They DO work - but only very intermittently.

Edit: it’s like - to fix the AD platform exploit - they broke the entire functionality.

I've experienced something similar. It's a bug I think - and certain people know how to trigger it. I had one player keep doing it to me in a battleground. They shut down all my abilities three times in a row then laughed about it in a whisper afterwards. I have to admit, it was kinda funny.

Just wait until you get the debuffs that have a duration of almost 500 days. That one is a lot of fun too.
