Unleashed Terror and Sorc's Streak?

Does anyone know if Streak can proc Unleashed Terror? I've always been confused by what kind of ability Streak counts as... But I'm aware Unleashed Terror procs on all enemies hit by Stampede, so wondering if Streak has the same benefit?
