Can I upgrade my steam edition of the game to Greymoor through other retailers?

I've bought all the previous expansions and the base game through Steam before but now I'm tempted to buy Greymoor through another retailer. If I activate a non steam key on my account and then play through Steam will I be able to play Greymoor or no?

✭✭✭✭✭yes. provided you have an account here https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ that is connected to/associated with your steam account. all you do is activate the code you got from something like green man gaming or other authorized retailer or even directly from ZoS's store and you are all set.
