depends on the playstyle^^ titanborn should be better to oneshot someone, but you´ll be also low life as [snip] so as a result you´ll not be able to kill multiple targets at least it´s more difficult and annoying tbh^^

so you think this is the most effective setup? what race would be best?

Titanborn got a sneaky nerf last update. Now it only works if you are in combat. It should not work with gank builds unless if you are in combat which kind of makes you loses the elment of surprise.
