Surprise Attack ignoring dodge rolls

It's in the title. It's not enough to be #1 by a huge margin, but now their spammable is literally undodgable. It's always had a quick animation, such as Executioner (albeit not as fast), but it is so much more noticeable this patch that it's blatantly ignoring the dodge mechanic altogether.

This patch my dodge roll only seems to work about 50% of the time anyway. I got templar charge stunned mid dodge roll the other day and my actual stunned body was like a metre to the left of the templar.

Don't expect any fundamental mechanics to reliably work in this game
