(PC/NA) Automatically placed in Dungeon Queue and cannot Leave Queue

I've been having this issue on only one of my characters where every single time I log into that toon they are automatically placed into the dungeon finder queue and cannot leave the queue. In an attempt to fix this I have tried:
  • logging off
  • quitting the application
  • sitting and waiting for the queue to finish (20+ mins)
but nothing seems to be able to make the queue disappear. I cannot queue for other activities nor can I join other groups while this character is stuck in the buggy queue.

I'm not sure what else I can test to try and get rid of the queue, no other character that I own has that issue. That character is pretty much unplayable for anything social for now.

I can provide screenshots if necessary.
