Did they increase minimum requirements with stonethorn?

My laptop was never really capable of holding steady fps or allowing me max graphics, but as long as I kept graphics on low I had high enough fps for solo PvP, group PvP and vet PVE.
Since this patch, as soon as I engage in combat in pve but also in PvP I drop to 2-8 fps.
I deactivated all add-ons and libs but it's still the same. No other programs are running its just ESO.
This makes the game unplayable for me. Anyone else with low spec having similar problems?

i5-4210U, geforce 840M, 8GB RAM

Now he is also running it on an weak computer, it might well be performance improvements who hurt him if the improvements are geared to use more cores and more memory to increase performance.This is a 2014 game running on an Engine older than that. Also HD, getting eso from an disc to an M2 drive solved the annoyance that textures on various armor took time to load.
It don't help zone loads times however who I hoped, so this is an server issue.
However its peoples with bis gaming rigs who get lots of ESO issues as its some weird bugs.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -
