Legerdemain First Passive

I *can't* be the first person to ask this, but...why in the world is the first passive called "Improved Hiding" when it improves your sneaking, not your hiding. I can't hide from guards any better, it doesn't reduce my detection radius. It just makes my sneak a little cheaper. So why isn't it called "Improved Sneak"?

"Improved Sneak" is in the Medium Armor skill line, which reduces Sneak cost and reduces detection radius.

So you kinda already got what you asked for?
