Social Ban or Glitch?

I've been unable to talk in any messaging chat in game, aswell as unable to trade, acess guild traders and guild banks, send mail and on my main toon I cant invite anyone to group with me because it'll always tell them they've failed to join group? I sent in a ticket around two weeks ago to which they replied saying I'm not social banned, then when I explained my problem never replied back. I then sent in another ticket just explaining my problem to which they asked for further detail, that I provided and still haven't gotten a reply back ( [Incident: 200824-005014] Customer Service Ticket ) Is there an easier way to get attention to this issue, and has it happened to many people before?
