I can log into my account and the forum fine, but when I go to submit a help ticket, it says I don't have an account. I have tried different browsers (Chrome and Edge). How do I proceed?
Yes, I can't seem to submit a support ticket. My forum account is fine, and my regular account login is fine for both in-game and on the website to purchase crowns. When I try to submit a ticket, it asks me to login. I've tried using both forum and account credentials and nothing works.
I would like to:
1. Be able to login and submit a support ticket as the process directs it
2. Submit a ticket regarding teleport and charge attacks not working since the patch
3. I would also like to submit another support ticket to purchase the Grand Linchal Manor
As a note, I had my original account hacked two years back. I actually think you tried to help me recover it, unfortunately the powers-that-be at Zenimax removed the account completely (or locked it). So I remade a new account and releveled everything (8 chars, CP 630 currently), and I'm trying to get the Linchal Manor again. Hopefully the support ticket problem isn't due to my old account having a similiar account name.
Please note, I can log into the game, my elder scrolls online account via the website, and the forum just fine. I can not seem to submit a help ticket, as it does not recognize my credentials.
@ZOS_Adrikoth the help team just asked me to submit an account recovery ticket again. Not sure why. Please note, since I can't log into the support portal, I will not be able to monitor the status of my ticket, which has been asked.
