seecodenotgames✭✭✭✭✭In the past when there were fewer houses they would return the old one. Now there are a lot, they don't even do the new ones every month. They may return them again for an event, but I doubt it will be this year.

Probably none. Grand Psijic Villa wasn't just a random prize, it was a Summerset-themed house that they gave out as part of their Summerset marketing event right after its release. It was a business plan
Some events a year give out like random houses with an insanely really super tiny low drop rate, so it's either that, or saving up Crowns and contacting supportPC-NA

Actually, not always true. Last month, I asked nicely if I could buy Psijic Villa. I had the Crowns in my account, said I understood it would be unfurnished, waited 3 weeks, then was told that they would NOT sell or trade the home to me. No explanation. I thought it was interesting that they mentioned trade. How else do you get a home other than buy it with Crowns? Anyway, sad player here.0 -

@Aurrynthea_Drake Pretty much slim to none. The Psijic Villa was part of a promotion to try to sell more copies of a chapter when it was still fairly new and a large potential for new sales. Also, no one owned the villa at the time. That cannot be said of the two homes nor the zones they are located in.1 -

Both houses returned in 2019. I'd wager they will return when things are a little less hectic as Linchal has returned every year since 2017. Princely Dawnlight has also come once in 2018 and again in 2019. Overall I'd say keep your eye out for them and expect their return late 2020 (maybe as part of the Undaunted Event).0 -

Same thing here with Princely Dawnlight Palace. I had just started playing ESO when it was available last time (spring 2019), so I haven’t really had a chance to buy it. But I really really hope they both become available again and hopefully soon. My first priority would definitely be Princely Dawnlight Palace (my nightblade with some tendencies towards thieving and a special attachment towards redguard architecture would love the calming views), but Linchal is definitely on the second place on my list (my imperial tank has been searching for a perfect place to spend time during her time off from all of the mercenary missions).1 -
