Somehow ZOS has managed to make the performance this patch considerably worse than the last patch

Was fighting outside Roe when all of a sudden nothing worked, couldn't bar swap. I hadn't crashed as everybody else was moving, I could run in the middle of the yellow zerg and take no damage. This went on for about 5 minutes then bang, I was back where I was 5 minutes earlier. The biggest and longest rubber band ever. Performance is literally unplayable, not even single target skills work, let alone aoe skills!

I have a simple question, is this on purpose so we will accept any AOE fixes they intend to ram down our throats?

Did you expect anything different from their team. Sounds like normal.

Same thing happened to me... I captured it as it went on for so long, I'll upload it at some point.

Went into Cyro last night for the first time this patch. Went to a resource we owned (at a keep we didnt), and there was one person soloing it. I heavy attacked to get their attention, then went to the top of the outpost to see if they would engage. They did, and it was laughable. Skills didnt fire, and when they did, they didnt do anything. He leaped on my once and literally nothing happened other than the leap animation. I wasnt knocked back, took no damage, etc. I dont think either of our health bars moved more than a quarter. I eventually just stopped attacking and we stared at each other for a few, and then we both walked away.

PVP performance is unplayable small scale. Sure you can zerg, button mash, and PVDoor, but that is about it. So sad. They keep saying it will get better, and it keeps getting worse.

Can confirm. Just left Cyrodiil utterly desillusioned. One has to assume that ZOS' latest performance improvement is the best they can manage, so yes ... heck ... that is the best they can manage.

30 seconds desyncs where no skills work, no bar swap is possible, dodge roll is some kind of 'vibration movement' on position. Was recording it and planning to upload until I realized: no point. ZOS definitely is not deteriorating its own game intentinally from one performance improvement patch to the next. They are simply hitting the wall, hard. Nothing will get better, and their own silence / lack of hot-fixes underlines that fact strongly.

@Oreyn_Bearclaw_Beta has it absolutely right: PVP is unplayable small scale. The only thing left to do is zerg and PVDoor.

    No thanks.

And they're about to go live with the Imperial City event with gap closers completely broken.

Do they actually care, considering the event is at the same time as their "aoe tests"
