Major lag issues still a thing (lagless lag)

There is still horrendous lag in cyrodiil even during off peak times if more than 30 people are in the same location at the same time.
They did something with the 8/21 patch that made ping lower most of the time, but somehow the reliability of skills firing when you push the buttons got worse. It's like there is lagless lag. Much of the time I'm having to relog to get gap closers to even light up and function on my bars. In PvE taunts and chains are slow to fire or have to be initiated several times before they actually work, and chained enemies take a couple seconds to actually pull a lot of the time.
The lag is still a huge problem. Apparently most are tired of bringing it up, but it is still happening full stop.
