received 2 emails for crate drops but didn't receive crates even after I put in the code. On ps4 na

ZOS_BilladminThere are a few reasons as to why you may not be getting the Twitch crates. Our FAQ below goes over a few reasons as to why. On console there may be a delay between entering the code and getting the crate as well.
