Lightning Splash is Missing 1 Second

As title mentioned, lightning Splash and its morphs do not last full duration.

I already did a thread a while a go and I keep creating tickets in game. why is this bug still around?



Here you have lightning splash lasting only 9 seconds instead of 10 seconds, thus it also misses the last tick of damage as a result.



Here you have lightning flood lasting only 9 seconds instead of 10 seconds, thus it also misses the last tick of damage as a result.



Here you have liquid lightning lasting only 13 seconds instead of 14 seconds, thus it also misses the last tick of damage as a result.
