Group finder putting sub lvl 50 characters in vet dungeon queues

This has happened to me several times over the past few days. I am leveling a new character and when using the group finder for dungeons, I end up with a group that queued for vet, and which received a vet dungeon, but results in me not being able to enter the dungeon.
I'm on PC NA.

It works best to provide details. What dungeon, what time, even what character you were on. The more detail the more likely Zos can find the event and see what happened.

Its been worse the last few days, I've only been able to queue into a dungeon once on a sub-50 character, even a level 13 that queued specifically for a specific normal dungeon was kicked into a different 'vet dungeon' (I dont think they're actually vet, you just get the party setting saying its vet and you cant zone in, but groups have said its not vet) after hitting accept.

Ah ok, I searched for a previous thread about the issue but did not see that one.
Its happened to me 4 times since saturday, and on the 2 occasions I talked to the cp players before leaving, they seemed to be expecting a vet dungeon. Next time I'll ask more questions to be sure.
It happens with randoms and specific dungeons.
