bound armaments 2 stacks from heavy attack

why this skill only getting 1 stack if u doing heavy attack? Nb's got similar skill and they're getting 2 stacks from heavy attack and 2% to theyr critical damage for each stack, could be nice if devs will think about giving this skill same threat, something like 2 stacks per heavy and some bonus for each stack acculumaled

Because ZOS doesn't learn their lesson when they try to fix other skills in the game, they repeat the same mistakes despite having the exact same copy/paste archetype.

It would be nice if BA had its passive bonuses moved into a similar stacking manor on the active portion so we would no longer need to double bar the skill. Very annoying.

Side note: Grim Focus and Siphoning Strikes both have extra benefits for Heavy Attacks, only updated sometime in 2019 or 2018 I think... but only Siphoning Strikes indicates this on the tooltip. Grim Focus still doesn't mention that it gets 2 stacks for a heavy attack.
