So this quest is bugged, the markers are on a place not even close to the quest zone, there is a german thread about this but I don't speak german. I managed to find the 4 items needed (real *** without markers btw) and I just wanna turn in this quest that's been bugging me (get it? omg so funny) for the past three days, where is the final point for this quest?
