I've tried searching but so far come up short so figured I would see if anyone else is having issues getting their drops? I've both my PS4 and my Xbox accounts linked to my account and have never had any issue until the start of this week when drops were active for Stonethorn release. I got my email as per usual and went and opened my boxes on Xbox. However upon logging into my PS4 account there wasn't any. I stuck a ticket in only to be told that you can only claim the box on one platform. So I figured if I logged in today to get my box from ESO live last night on my PS4 first it would grant me the crate there instead. Logged in to no box again. Anyone else having any issues? And can you really only claim it on the one platform?

TheJTOON✭✭Same here. Yesterday and last Tuesday got an email but no crates. Going report it when I get on later.1
