Can not connect to game after power outage

Greetings, just had my power go out briefly. Since having it back on I can not connect to the game. I’ve power cycled my router, restarted the console, deleted the ESO save data, rebuilt the database and I’m getting Login Failed: Cannot connect to the game server. Try again later. It’s not even retrieving the announcements that are usually visible on login. Reads that it was unable to retrieve them actually. I tested other apps and they are all working fine.

Any other solution? Delete game and reinstall?

Edit: I deleted and reinstalled the entire game. Looks like I am able to login now.
