Adding 6 months of ESO plus on Xbox?

Hi,
I wanted to add 6 months of ESO subscription to my Xbox account right now just because I want to have enough cash to get the merchant and a smaller house (or a banker). But when I go to Microsoft store https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/eso-plus/CFQ7TTC0K5DG/0004?activetab=pivot:overviewtab the only link I have is to go to my profile to manage the subscription. Which is fine but when I get there I can only change how I am being charged when subscription renews, I am unable to just purchase 6 months and have it be added to my current subscription.

So, the question is - Is there a way for me to add 6 months of ESO plus on my Xbox account which already has an active subscription?

I was looking around where I can just buy the time cards and do it that way but I can't find those anywhere.

As stated in this article, on Xbox One you are not able to purchase any additional membership time if there is an ESO Plus membership still active on the Gamertag.
