Nishzo's Hideout - Nishzo Tapestry Piece Bugged?!

I am in the hideout, but I do not find the tapestry where it should be. I have also tried going back out, logging out, and logging back in, with no success.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you picked up the Masterpieces quest from Bebbia in the palace in Senchal? Assuming the piece is quest-locked, but it should be tucked around the corner in the little cavern.

I've gotten other tapestry pieces with no issue.

Yeah, I've picked up a couple of pieces without ever talking to Bebbia. That's just odd.

The quest leads you to that cavern, so it might be the one quest-locked piece.
