Murkmire main quest BROKEN

There's an invisible wall in the Death and Dreaming quest that's preventing progress. When on the Listen to Sap-Speaker Kuzei portion of the quest, I cannot exit the cave and enter the room. I cannot pass the point in the screenshot below. There are others in the below thread with the same problem (scroll down to post #7 and later - the OP appears to be describing a different older bug):

Same issue for me.Let us hide vampirsm with a "none" option in the collections menu, let us hide every piece of armor in the outfit station, at the very least let us hide shoulders belts, and gloves please zos I just wana run around as a prisoner without having to find a belt or shoulderpads that fit0 -

It seems that for the players that have this, the blocker is permanent, no log off/in helped, even abandoning the quest, as per comments here:
