I remember reading that they drop from "Disrupt a harrowstorm" but people say it is only psijic portals.
Can anyone confirm if they drop from daily quest too?

I find this highly unlikly or its a bug, motiffs dont come out till they are realesed on the crown store and greymore has yet to be placed on the store.0 -

maybe they've finally gone back on the ridiculous notion of monetizing it immediately, and killing all in-game value for the items immediately upon release.
