UI scaling doesn't work in gamepad mode anymore.

For anyone else encountering this, the UI scaling method you use/set while in KB+M mode does NOT affect gamepad mode.
Instead you have to go into the Video Settings WHILE IN GAMEPAD MODE, and use the UI scaling setting then; they're independent settings with this patch.

blendertoes✭✭✭There is an option right above the slider to enable custom scaling. It was defaulted to off when I first logged in. Once I set that to on, the scale slider started working properly.0
