"Bane of Thorns" achievement (all-in-one in Castle Thorn) is bugged

Hey there, as the title states. We finished the new Castle Thorn Dungeon while meeting all the requirements for the all-in-one achievement (speed, hardmode, no-death). Unfortunately, we were neither awarded the no-death achievement "Impervious Onslaught" nor the all-in-one achievement "Castle Thorn". Anyone experienced something similar?

We did another achievement (Taking Turns) on Lady Thorn and we completed the criteria but weren't awarded the achievement. I've heard from several others that achievements in Castle Thorn are kinda buggy.

My bet is that it's a randomly bugged mob in the texture somewhere that prevents to get these achievements since you need to kill all mobs in the dungeon. So some people will get the achievement and some won't.

Similarly this issue had been a long time bug in Frostvault until they fixed it with this Monday's update. But since the bugged Atronach in Frostvault was a part of a boss fight and despawned when you killed the boss it wasn't an issue apart from making the fight much easier. Here it's another story...

We got the triple, it might be that the limit for speedrun is 25 mins and not 30.

Because they didn't even get no death achi, probably some add bugged in texture

I got speedrun and no death in a single run last night(we didn't try for HM though)...really not sure why you wouldn't get either of those.
