Are the required ports lists different on Xbox EU and NA servers?

My Xbox EU account has now been completely stuck for 17 and half months since the Wrathstone download, I can login on Xbox NA server and I have created a new Xbox account to test if I can login on EU with the same console and connection, that works also so it's very clear the problem isn't on my end, I've tried with other connections also and it's not working. I ask this even I've found only one ports list for Xbox so would think it's exactly the same for both servers, support ignores all my working test account information just like it's irrelevant and gives me the required list for EU server even my NA account works fine. I've asked this some times on forum before without any answer and last time when I asked support to show the port list for Xbox NA, they didn't want to give it or for some reason didn't suddenly know the required ports, still they are able to spam the required port list specifically for Xbox EU or just some list for Xbox. Since my NA server works I assume it should have different ports when they keep spamming some supposed other list for other server.

UDP Port 88
UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
UDP Port 6250
UDP Port 5060
UDP Port 5062
UDP Port 3478 through 3479
UDP and TCP Port 3074
UDP and TCP Port 53
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433

PlayStation 4 Ports:

TCP Ports 10040 through 10060
UDP Ports 50000 through 60000
UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
UDP Port 6250
UDP Port 5060
UDP Port 5062
UDP Port 3478 through 3479
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433

In addition to the above, you should ensure the following ports are forwarded regardless of platform:

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331"

I think the port lists are identical for both Xbox servers, otherwise there would be clear different lists shown for both servers. I bet support simply cannot fix my EU account or doesn't bother wasting time so they dodge the facts and throw irrelevant questions endlessly to frustrate the customer. I'd still like to have some clarification for this mostly from players.

Are the port lists exactly the same for both Xbox servers? If not, then what are the exact port lists for both servers?

For the same platform, ports are the same regardless of the server you are trying to use.
