It’s a problem on PC NA, too.
Traders in the game who buy in bulk in zone and then re-sell in guild stores enable the problem. They turn a blind eye as to why anyone who is sophisticated enough as a player to have gold mats in bulk to sell to them is somehow not sophisticated enough to join a trade guild. The botters want to do it under the radar, so that there is little daylight on a lowbie toon who has farmed leathers all day and is selling hundreds of wax. The people who buy from them and flip the mats make very little profit after the tax cut, but they like the big numbers on the board. They can pretend all the mats are legit.
I used to have several players who would farm alchemy positions for me. I use a lot of potions when raiding so it made sense and the players had quick and guaranteed sales. The potions I had no use for I then sold and that covered my expenses. So is Zos supposed to ban me?
