Concentrated Force Set Animation Bug (Asylum Staff Animation)

The proc animation has disappeared for for the perfected ice, fire and lightning staffs. I removed the style skin on the staff and the animation was still bugged. The staff still procs properly though so I believe it is only a visual bug.

same for me...been away a few months and just came back and noticed it doesnt do the animation
btw using perfected version aswell
