Raid instances broken

Since Stonethorn launched, I have been having numerous ping fluctuations, desynced servers (damage hitting before AoEs showing), cats flying slow motion like superman in vSS and similar issues in other raids. Other guildies in game have been having similar issues. A group I am in have just had to cancel another raid and it is disheartening to be left in the dark about plans to fix the issue.

Can you please confirm the team are looking into it and have a plan to restore instance to a playable standard please? @ZOS_GinaBruno

It isn't just big group instance, though I would agree it's more damning and punishing there. I was in a delve in Morrowind earlier and the mobs were just bonkers. The nix hounds were 180 from where their frontal conal aoe. Like I and another were fighting it, it was facing her, yet the conal aoe hit me. Same for power attacks. It was just bonkers.

I haven't really seen this overland, but ping fluctuations have been off the chart since yesterday.

Same thing here. VSS had multiple issues including terrible FPS, flying cats stuck in the air, and entire group unable to rez on final boss after group wipe. Same old buggy Sunspire, but worse basically.
