Skill and attribute respec "merchant" to add in guild halls or personal use

Not sure if this has been asked for before but how would you feel if zos put a sort of shady merchant (sells counterfit respec scrolls for gold) or beggar (asks for donations) to respec skills and attributes.
Crafting guild halls have almost everything to change your build except for changing skills and attributes. I feel like a respec merchant would be a good addition and just convenient i guess. Could have variations like what we have now for bankers and merchants with humanoids and alfiqs. Also it would be nice if crown costs for respec scrolls is reduced, 1400 crowns just to respec seems awfully expensive for what you can do with gold.
What are your thoughts if zos do add this?
