Sorcerer "STREAK" BUG

Bolt Escape and its morphs have some issue after Stonethorn Patch. In Cyrodiil when opponent sorcerer use this skill they are teleporting back to the point where they activate skill. I mean skill causing double teleport. I'm sure someone can confirm me.

stybbe17b16_ESO✭✭✭It is no different for the sorcerer using the skill, but everyone else looking at the player using streak/bolt escape see rubber banding. This is also happening in battlegrounds0 -

r3turn2s3nd3r✭✭✭✭So, if you happen to be a sorc runner in vMoL using streak, don't streak through the door to/from backyard right now. You'll kill yourself as you most certainly are rubberbanding back even if you can't see it on your own screen.2 -

I'm sensing a theme here.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

It is basically an exploit this point, because you're completely unable to target them for several seconds.0 -
kingsforged✭✭✭Not only that, but gap closers are broken so NOBODY can actually chase them even if they COULD target them.
Basically ZoS has just handed sorcerers free wins during the middle of a PVP event, and decided to not bother fixing it until AFTER the event, even though they apparently HAVE a possible fix.1 -

✭✭✭✭ZOS please fix this bug, in PvP it is impossible to fight sorcs now because of this. They streak all the time and you cannot target them. The streak itself is unblockable, and once you finally break free and try to find them they are rubber banding like twice each time now.
It’s like game-sponsored cheating.
