my summerset dlc has been disappered. i even didn't press x button. how to do i get back summerset?

on going of clearing main quest of summerset, all of the sudden list of summerset quest dlc have disappeared without any signal.
i didn't do anything of what make summerset dlc being disappered such as pressing x button. i can not find summerset quest line on the journal
and even make dlc being restarted again due to re check on the dlc collection. and how can i apply this to eso developer directly??? i should received summerset. please help
