Downloaded original release patch this morning, played all morning and afternoon just fine.
Started launcher and it's downloading another large patch (not as large as original this morning, but big enough to take ~10min on fast connection).

Jacozilla✭✭✭✭✭Actually, steam seems to be redownloading a huge amount of files. After finishing the first 10min download above, it's now downloading another batch and my progress shows barely 15% done.

Jacozilla✭✭✭✭✭seems like my steam connection is bugged, it keeps downloading what seems the entire patch again.
getting around it by fortunately being a legacy account and able to skip the launcher and just use the direct executable to login.1
