Can't create Super Potions in Stone Garden

Hey all, figured I would post about this since I have no idea what is causing it. I can create the normal potions, but I want to craft the supers for the achievement.
I literally cannot create these potions and I've tripled checked through three separate vet runs that I have:
1. Enough mushrooms
2. Level 15 alc with the lab use passive
3. Enough of the other ingredients that is used from the craft bag.
Yet I still can't create them. The only thing I have NOT tried personally is having the ingredients outside the craft bag. But I've had multiple party members tell me theirs has worked without it.
