Mount stam/speed bug

Since the update today my mount speed and stamina have been buggy, it's as if I am using a 0-0-0 mount instead of one which has speed almost maxed out. Also, the stamina runs out real fast.
Was talking in zone and I'm not the only person to experience this bug.

Same is happening for me and my gf, only happens sometimes, after loading out of a delve the issue was fixed and then I've switched zone and the mount speed ran out within 5 secs of sprinting with 25 points in mount stamina. My gf is has the warmount passive to prevent stamina usage on mounts and yet the stamina runs out within seconds. nearly unbearable to travel overland now, running without mounts is faster in medium armor with speed buffs.

Mount stam is bugged. I have 120 points in The Tower and out of combat, doesn't matter where, my mount stamina is dropping. It shouldn't go down at all when out of combat.

It appears to be working ok if I exit/restart the client. Bug appears to occur after leaving a 4-player dungon.

I've got an alt who is currently leveling up mount skills. When I first logged in it worked fine, but once I put a point in speed the stamina returned to the old drain level. It takes 6 seconds to get to zero stam as opposed to the normal ~25 seconds. I've found that if I enter and exit a delve it goes back to the 25 second drain rate for a while at least, but it can return to the fast drain without warning. I've not had any issues thus far with my characters who are at 60/60/60 (fingers crossed!).

My mount can run 6-7 SECONDS running out of steam..

I have notced that if I used a wayshrine MAYBE, it will go back to normal... BUT it comes back!

Cyrodil in general is worse than it's ever been. No more random load screens but still the horrible ping times, skills not firing because of huge lags, glitching all over the place also probably due to server performance. Another one is when I'm riding my mount the screen randomly flashes and then I'm just sitting still at the same spot as pre-flash or a little before or after it. So the flash sometimes moves me. Noticed since update 27 it seems I move more slowly in general. My mount isn't as fast even though I'm fully upgraded.

Since the last patch any NEW characters are having this bug. It happens more often than not. 1% mounts last around 3 sec sprint. When I put in a ticket, the response I got was "read the patch notes". I didn't see anywhere in the patch notes where stamina drain was changed while mounted. This issue is getting really old, really fast. Mounts are useless for new characters.

Logged onto an alt today, who has no mount upgrades. However, I'm supposed to be able to sprint on my mount without my stamina all suddenly disappearing after only a couple seconds of sprinting.
The heck is going onnnnnnnnn??

Having the same issue here. Mount sprinting speed is totally broken. Reported in-game: #200829 - 004234
