The following set weapons will no longer drop as bows or staves:
Aegis Caller
Curse of Doylemish
Viper's Sting
Ward of Cyrodiil
Cyrodiil crafting recipe: Cyrodiil 2014 + some siege + a hammer = Cyrodiil 2020

    So there are still some sets that are magicka that will still drop bows, and stam sets that will still drop staves...?
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    I think they were removed because the sets require melee damage to proc, nothing to due with mag vs. stam.

    Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.

    Hmm.....interesting. According to that guy removed way back when, yet being removed again? lol. Also according to that guy it works with melee abilities on a bow bar....

    So you remove gear, that people could still possibly make use of.

    But leave IN the gear that people would never use

    In the past, when weapons that didn't fit their proc were removed, the ones already in people's banks were not deleted. They did become collectibles, by people that like to collect things no longer available.

    The set requires you to be in melee for it to work. How is someone making use of something that wont proc? You can easily replace it with a crafted or random drop.

    Viper bow does exist still, however does not drop due to one tamriel smart loot deeming it unusuable with the set bonus. However the bow still works with melee abilities slotted on the bow bar.

    Anonymous user on unknown board - as per your post. Snark aside, that alone proves nothing.

    Now are you saying something was removed from your inventory? If not, then what is the issue? Obviously you can use non-weapon abilities, but its fairly unless they are going to set off a proc set.

    Looks like they are simply trying to clean up the loot tables, removing sets that make no real sense.
