Mad Tinkerer:

Increased the damage of this set to 10390, up from 9999.
Removed the proc chance from this set. Whenever you deal damage, a verminous fabricant will be summoned that will charge the nearest enemy, doing 10,206 damage.
Reduced the cooldown to 8 seconds, down from 10.

I still show a 10% proc chance after the patch on the 5th piece.

On the other hand,

False God's Devotion:

Removed the extra 5 piece bonus of Spell Damage on the normal version of this set, and the extra 5 piece bonus of Magicka on the perfected version, to better mirror the power Vicious Ophidian as the perfected version of Quick Serpent.
This set now properly mentions its 1 second cooldown.

I do show the 129 spell damage reduction on this set. The 5th piece no longer has 129 spell damage.


Is the 10% proc chance on Mad Tinkerer a typo? Am I the only one seeing this?

Yeah, I wonder about this part too. Would be pointless to farm for this set if the proc chance is still there.

Mad Tinkerer does not have the 10% proc chance. We'll get the tooltip updated in a future patch.
