Rapid Manouver locked - no skill point refunded

only checked 2 characters so far
11 more to go but no points back and only 1 had a notification that the ponts had been refuned!

I had a bogus notification about racial skill points being refunded on my dark elf but nothing was, and likewise the rapid manouver one is stuck unusable and wasted. Doubly annoying given it's a dumb change anyway and makes the game far less playable (cyrodiil and outside) with a newer char.

Why would they refund a skill point? You should still have your first ability in line unlocked, but it's now Vigor instead of rapids, no?

I don't want or use vigor, so it means I have to spend a ton of gold to claw back the now wasted SP on each character.

OK. I must agree that it would be nicer to refund that skill point, but IIRC it usually requires bigger changes than swap of two skills, like whole tree rework or something.

vigor is still locked, asskill 1 & rapids is now locked as skill 2 on 3 of the characters that I have checked so far!

I have rapid locked, no skill refunded, still on my bar and I can still use it, Good job testing.
It can also still be assigned...

Charging Maneuver is still on my bar too. Still works with rapid assist addon too. Only level 4 in Assault

I've morphed a locked version to Charged & it was still usuable too

(since put up with BG to get that char ik unlocked (again), but yes looks like QA was asleep on this one)

When they changed the racial passives they simply refunded the skill points so you could choose how you wanted to spend them, in light of the changes. I would have thought they would use the same process with this change.

On characters that had Rapids but hadn't reached level 5 Assault yet, we are now suddenly missing one or two skill points AND Rapids, because level 5 Assault was not unlocked yet. They didn't refund the skill points we spent on Rapids after they took it away. Get it now?

For me, it was refunded on the character that didn't have it on her skill bar, but not refunded on the character that did. Also, the character that did have it on his skill bar, it is still on his skill bar and he is able to gain ranks in it despite not being able to use it and not having Assault Rank 5.

I was wrong about the last part. I forgot I had already swapped it out for Vigor on that char and gained a rank from reading motif pages and got confused
