Our guild gave 7196 free werewolf bites in 5 years! Potentially saving 10.8 million crowns!

Yes, on the 16th August Priests of Hircine became 5 years old. In that time I recorded bites that were done by the pack members as a way of tracking totals and ranks. We reached 7196!
The actual amount of bites we gave will be a lot higher, since not every guildie sent in their bites, but even so, these stats are with recorded bites!
Technically if each of these bites were bought with gold, it would have saved players 21.6 million! (Using 3k as the average bite sale price)
And if the bites were purchased from the crown store, it would have costed 10.8 million crowns, about £79k in real world money! (£10.99 used as the current, non-discounted crown price for a 1500 crown pack needed to buy a werewolf bite)
We had an epic meetup to celebrate the Birthday and the freezing of the bite counter, just wanted to share the video here:

But yes realistically the crown ones are just a speedy convenience to some people... of the £79,000 we technically saved people, I imagine only a fraction would have actually been purchased from the store

Reading this it brought back some memories. I got a free ww bite on my alt... I was so happy, that I thought it would be nice to do the same. My main was already a fully - leveled WW. So I went to the ritual site and gave a free bite to some lucky player. Seeing that happyness, was priceless... I can not buy such a joy with gold or crowns...6 -

As a priest of Stendarr I cannot endorse the spread of this disease but since players choose to infect themselves anyway, they should at least be able to do it for free.
